It\u2019s a services and advisory firm for agencies, coaches & consultants, which is a fancy way of saying we help agency owners, coaches & consultants scale and grow. Right now we make around $10M\/year. With this being the internet, I could make any old story up, so I wanted to give you my bio-by-the-years-story, so you can verify I\u2019m legit.<\/p>\n
Here\u2019s my story:<\/p>\n
17: Video game addict, hardcore loser, clueless teen!
\n18: Go to college (university) for 6 months, drop out, start a biz.
\n19: Start an apprenticeship, work on business during the apprenticeship. First $10k month.
\n20: Finish apprenticeship, go all in on \u201cNorthFlow Consulting\u201d with a biz partner.
\n21: $100k months selling DFY. This is where I actually became a millionaire. Yay.
\n22: COVID-19 hits. Lose every single client. Literally back to ZERO. Nay. Dark times.
\n23: Start Imperium, teaching still-alive agencies cold outreach. Back to $100k months.
\n24: Scaling Imperium, first $500k month, YouTube channel in full swing.
\n25: Start working with coaches too, launch official info-product, scale to $700k\/mo.
\n26: Move to Dubai, hit $900k\/mo, stabilise & lean things out to be as profitable as possible.
\n27: Move back to the UK, still at $10M\/year, starting to aggressively scale.<\/p>\n
Today: I\u2019m at $10M\/year, and have been for some time I\u2019m a liquid multi-millionaire many times over and have made $40M between 18-27. I\u2019m now in a season of aggressive scale and pushing for the $50M\/year benchmark, while trying to retain 50% margins. It\u2019s hard, and it sucks a lot, but I really enjoy it and derive a lot of meaning and fulfilment from this journey.<\/p>\n
The bigger the mountain, the more interesting the climb. That\u2019s what I\u2019m doing with this channel, just documenting what I\u2019m learning on the way and giving you (what I hope to be) valuable insights that might help you climb your mountain (whether it\u2019s smaller or bigger than mine).<\/p>\n
